❤️‍BFA's programs for ages ranging from young children to 17 years old offer comprehensive football experiences. A big emphasis is put on developing good behaviours and values such as hard work, respect, listening skills and teamwork which are a massive and important part of the BFA philosophy.

Little Lions (Ages 3 - 5)

For this age, BFA will focus on factors we believe are important to a child's football life.

👉🏻Basic football skills

Foundation Phase (Ages 6 - 10)

Foundation Phase Teams: Boys & Girls

We will have teams that play in matches starting from Under 6. The culture is constantly emphasised at this age is less about winning and more about the focus on improving.

👉🏻Develop a basic understanding of Attacking and Defending
👉🏻Learn to “Love the Game" - stay in love
👉🏻High levels of technical repetition work
👉🏻Players to enjoy playing in the positive environment created

At Under 9 and Under 10 ages, there is an elite programme that will run alongside the academy programme.

Development Phase (Ages 11 - 16)

At this stage, BFA's main aims are:
👉🏻Love the game
👉🏻Be free to make mistakes
👉🏻Understand winning and losing
👉🏻Socialise with peers

Core philosophy:
👉🏻Understand attacking/ defending/ transition principles
👉🏻Develop both technical and tactical aspects of the game

👉🏻Players take ownership of their own development/ become more independent thinkers of the game

Post Academy (Ages 17+)

End youth football and start figuring out what they want to do. BFA will help:

👉🏻Guidance for player or personal pathway provided by BFA

👉🏻Strong links to professional academies in the UK and Europe

Những chú Sư Tử Nhỏ (các bé từ 3 đến 5 tuổi)
Ở độ tuổi này, BFA sẽ tập trung chủ yếu vào:

👉🏻Tạo hứng thú cho trẻ với những buổi tập mang tính chất vui vẻ và nhộn nhịp
👉🏻Tăng cường sự linh hoạt, thăng bằng và phối hợp
👉🏻Những kỹ năng bóng đá cơ bản

Giai đoạn nền tảng (Độ tuổi 6 đến 10 tuổi):
👉🏻Ở độ tuổi này các bạn trẻ sẽ được trực tiếp tham gia vào trận đấu thực thụ, và hiển nhiên sẽ không phân biệt thắng thua vì đây là độ tuổi cần trải nghiệm và phát triển một cách tích cực nhất.
👉🏻Ngoài ra các bạn trẻ sẽ được học những nguyên tắc cơ bản về tấn công và phòng ngự
👉🏻Rèn luyện kỹ thuật với cường độ liên tục để có thể thích nghi một cách nhanh chóng

Đặc Biệt: Ở độ tuổi này BFA còn có chương trình nâng cao song song với chương trình học viện.

Giai đoạn phát triển (Độ tuổi từ 11 đến 16 tuổi)
Ở giai đoạn này, mục tiêu chính BFA là:
👉🏻Xây dựng một niềm đam mê bóng đá mãnh liệt cho các bạn trẻ
👉🏻Tự do thể hiện những kỹ năng của bản thân
👉🏻Nhận thức về thắng và thua
👉🏻Hiểu các nguyên tắc tấn công/ phòng ngự/ chuyển đổi trạng thái
👉🏻Phát triển khía cạnh kỹ thuật và chiến thuật trong trận đấu

Chương trình sau Học Viện (Độ tuổi từ 18 tuổi trở lên)
Trải qua một hành trình bóng đá trẻ thì đây sẽ là độ tuổi mà các bạn học viên cần sự tập trung nhất và định hướng đúng đắn từ phía gia đình cũng như BFA. Vì vậy trong giai đoạn này chúng tôi sẽ theo dõi các học viên một cách sát sao nhất để có thể:
👉🏻Hướng dẫn lộ trình phát triển cá nhân hoặc cầu thủ do BFA cung cấp
👉🏻Đưa ra sự lựa chọn giữa môi trường bóng đá chuyên nghiệp, bán chuyên hoặc học đường
👉🏻Cơ hội trải nghiệm tập luyện tại học viện chuyên nghiệp tại Anh hoặc Châu u
