🇦🇱 ALBANIA – NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR INTERNATIONAL LABOUR COOPERATION WITH VIETNAM

On 29 July 2026, the Ministry of Home Affairs of Vietnam and the Ministry of Economy and Innovation of Albania signed a Memorandum of Understanding on labour cooperation.

According to the published information, Albania currently has a demand for approximately 20,000–30,000 foreign workers in sectors including tourism, hospitality, food services, industrial manufacturing, construction, high-tech agriculture and transportation.

The signing of the MoU establishes an important framework for labour cooperation between Vietnam and Albania, creating new opportunities for qualified Vietnamese workers and opening prospects for cooperation between Albanian employers and licensed Vietnamese manpower-supply enterprises.

Developing Skilled Hospitality Workforce from Vietnam for International Partners

Glo-Tech Manpower is developing a practical training-oriented workforce from Vietnam for international partners in the hospitality, restaurant and tourism sectors.

Our candidates are trained in culinary arts, hotel operations, housekeeping, front office and restaurant service, with a focus on professional attitude, workplace discipline, communication skills and international working culture.

In May 2026, Glo-Tech successfully deployed its first group of Vietnamese workers to a restaurant chain in Santorini, Greece. Building on this milestone, we continue to prepare qualified candidates for partners in Greece, Germany and other European markets.
