GLO-TECH – Partnering to Develop Sustainable Labour Cooperation between Vietnam and Europe

In December 2025, as part of its working visit to Germany, Austria, and Greece, GLO-TECH participated in and engaged in discussions at Vietnam–Europe Labour Cooperation Forums, attended by government authorities, local administrations, industry associations, and labour-receiving enterprises.

During the forums, participants exchanged views on the actual workforce needs of the European labour market, the importance of vocational skills training, language proficiency, and worker integration, as well as effective cooperation models among enterprises, training institutions, and manpower supply organizations to support workers in adapting quickly and maintaining stable employment.

Across all three markets, the parties shared a common understanding that the key focus of future cooperation lies in strengthening vocational skills, language training, and integration support, while establishing fair, transparent, and efficient recruitment processes, ensuring balanced benefits for workers and all relevant partners.

GLO-TECH believes that sustainable labour cooperation begins with the right training, transparent recruitment, and responsible long-term partnerships with European stakeholders.

Lời giới thiệu (Quê Việt)

Nhà văn, dịch giả Nguyễn Chí Thuật sinh ngày 1 tháng 5 năm 1951 tại Lý Nhân, Hà Nam. Ông tốt nghiệp ngành Ngữ văn Ba Lan năm 1977 tại Đại học Tổng hợp Łódź, bảo vệ thành công luận án tiến sĩ ngữ văn Ba Lan tại Đại học Tổng hợp Warszawa năm 1990. Là giảng viên Đại học Hà Nội từ năm 1977 và là giáo sư Đại học Tổng hợp mang tên Adam Mickiewicz ở Poznan từ 2007. Tháng 10 năm 2020, GS Nguyễn Chí Thuật kết thúc những năm tháng giảng dạy tại Đại học Adam Mickiewicz. Hiện nay ông là Giám đốc Trung tâm Ngôn ngữ và Văn hóa Ba Lan tại Trường Cao đẳng Công nghệ và Thương mại Hà Nội. Nhà văn, dịch giả Nguyễn Chí Thuật là Ủy viên Hội đồng Văn học dịch của Hội Nhà văn Việt Nam khóa X. Dịch giả Nguyễn Chí Thuật đã được trao Giải thưởng Văn học dịch của Hội Nhà văn Hà Nội năm 2017 và Giải thưởng Văn học dịch của Hội Nhà văn Việt Nam năm 2018.

Từ 1 tháng 10 đến 31 tháng 10 năm 2024, theo lời mời của Viện Sách Ba Lan, ông có mặt ở Kraków để cùng một số dịch giả văn học Ba Lan ở nước ngoài tham dự chương trình tri ân dịch giả của Viện Sách Ba Lan.

Tháng 9 năm 2019, nhà văn, dịch giả Nguyễn Chí Thuật được Hội đồng Tiếng Ba Lan thuộc Viện Hàn lâm Khoa học Ba Lan đề cử và Chủ tịch Thượng viện Ba Lan phê duyệt, phong tặng danh hiệu Đại sứ Tiếng Ba Lan ở nước ngoài. Cho đến nay danh hiệu này mới chỉ có 3 người châu Á được nhận.

Tháng 9 năm 2020, Hiệp hội Các nhà văn và Tác gia âm nhạc Ba Lan trao tặng Nguyễn Chí Thuật Giải thưởng ZAiK cao quý. Tại lễ trao giải diễn ra ở Viện Cervantes tại thủ đô Warszawa, nhà báo Andrzej Smyczek đã đọc bài viết khái quát chặng đường học tập, sáng tạo văn học nghệ thuật, đóng góp cho quan hệ hữu nghị Ba Lan – Việt Nam của Nguyễn Chí Thuật.
