“Before becoming a Pilates Master Trainer, I never thought I would become a teacher - let alone train other teachers. The thing I thought about most was: how do I stay healthy, joyful, and beautiful at 100 years old? I’ve always been curious about life and love discovering new things. To me, life is a colorful journey - one to experience, learn from, love, and enjoy. 😘

Along that journey, I came to realize that a woman’s beauty is not just about appearance. It is nurtured by knowledge, richness of emotion, and a quiet strength that comes from within. Pilates came into my life like a beautiful gift. It didn’t just help me understand my body - it helped me understand myself.

And if anyone asks what my goal is right now? Same answer as always: to live joyfully, healthily, happily, and beautifully at 100.💃✨”
