1. Contracting Sales Engineer

Job Summary :

- Responsible for assisting Contracting Sales Manager;
- Achieve sales objectives within product range or assigned districts;
- Pursue sales leads, promote products conclude orders arrange internal sales logistics;
- HVAC System selling to achieve the sales targets;
- Job handle and co-ordination order to complete all sales process;
- Technical knowledge is essential;
- Experience at job site;
- Do estimation;
- Mechanical / Electric knowledge/ experience;
- Select other components of system;
- Know suppliers components;
- Customer relationship
- Travel

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in engineering 1-3 years relevant experience;
- Min. 2-5 years of Sales or Contractor is preferable;
- Having knowledge of HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air conditioning) System, Water system, M & E Contractor;
- Ability to read & interpret documents such as safety rules, operating & maintenance; instructions, & procedure manuals;
- Ability to write routine reports & correspondence;
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customer for employees of organization;
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra & geometry;
- Good command of English and computer literacy;
- Good personality and communication;
- Active personality with analytical mind.
Remuneration
- Salary Net : 1000$/month.
- Trợ cấp xăng xe, điện thoại, ăn trưa, BHXH, Bảo hiểm sức khỏe Marsh và các chế độ khác theo luật lao động và quy định của công ty.


2. System Sales Engineer
Job Summary:
• Marketing and Sales for Control System
• Marketing and Sales for Contract Solution
• Sales Support for Control and Contract Solution business
• Coordinate with fulfillment team to satisfy customer needs
• To provide customers in the level of solution provider (service)

Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical , Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 1-3 years experience in Selling control system business,
Control system business, BAS System, Air conditioning will
• Experience in Solution selling is advantage
• Strong air-conditioning background , HVAC system with control system and PLC programming will be an advantage
• Excellent in computer skills is required
• Good communicate in English , Preferable TOEIC score 600 up
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Active personality with the analytical mind, positive thinking, pleasant personality, teamwork, service minded, adaptability, continuous self- improvement and effective in time management\
• Excellent in computer (MS-Office, Auto CAD both presentation & spreadsheet software) and presentation skill are required
• Possess a car with valid license & willing travel

Remuneration
- Salary Net : 1000$/month.
