Both of us are working hard to build our physiques through Calisthenics, and we favour health and longevity over anything else. We train the same way and eat a similar way, but sometimes there's just a difference in outcome with similar works. Long story short, body fat percentage has quite some impact on the looks of a physique. My little brother (1,68m 60kg's ~ 9%bf) on picture 1 has single digit while me (1,72m 69kg's ~ 15%bf) on picture 2 have double digit. What do you guys think our outcome? (confession yes we did however have a different starting point, where my little brother was fitter but we don’t know by how much.)
