MARTIAL ARTS ANNOUNCEMENT: The 2026 Ancestor Memorial Day of the Vo Lam Tan Khanh Ba Tra - Takhado Sect, a National Intangible Cultural Heritage of Vietnam!

Notice to all masters, instructors, and disciples of the Vo Lam Tan Khanh Ba Tra - Takhado sect, a National Intangible Cultural Heritage of Vietnam, currently practicing at nearly 70 clubs and training classes across provinces and cities:

• The official date for the 2026 Ancestor Memorial Day of the Vo Lam Tan Khanh Ba Tra sect falls exactly on Saturday, December 5, 2026 (corresponding to October 27 of the Lunar Calendar, the Year of the Horse).

• As per annual tradition, the People's Committee of Tan Khanh Ward (Ho Chi Minh City) and the Department of Culture and Sports of Ho Chi Minh City will collaborate with the Sect's Council of Masters to organize the Ancestor Memorial Ceremony on the Sunday preceding the official memorial date.

• Notably, the year 2026 marks the 5th anniversary since the Vo Lam Tan Khanh Ba Tra - Takhado sect was officially recognized as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage of Vietnam. Therefore, the 2026 Ancestor Memorial Day may be organized on a larger scale than in previous years!

Today, on behalf of the Council of Masters of the Vo Lam Tan Khanh Ba Tra - Takhado sect, a National Intangible Cultural Heritage of Vietnam, this notice is sent to all masters and instructors operating across 70 clubs and training classes. Please begin notifying your disciples so they can allocate budgets and arrange their time to gather and fully attend the 2026 Ancestor Memorial Ceremony.

As human beings, especially as Vietnamese people and members of the Vo Lam Tan Khanh Ba Tra - Takhado sect, we always uphold the spirit of "When drinking water, remember its source." We hope that all masters and instructors will be fully present on the Ancestor Memorial Day, as well as on this 5th anniversary celebration of the sect's recognition as a National Intangible Cultural Heritage of Vietnam.

Thông báo đến tất cả võ sư, huấn luyện viên và võ sinh của môn phái Võ Lâm Tân Khánh Bà Trà - Takhado , di sản văn hóa phi vật thể quốc gia Việt Nam đang sinh hoạt ở gần 70 câu lạc bộ, lớp dạy ở các tỉnh và thành phố nắm rõ :

- Lễ Giỗ Tổ năm 2026 của môn phái Võ Lâm Tân Khánh Bà Trà ngày chánh giỗ đúng vào Thứ bảy ngày 5 tháng 12 năm 2026 , nhằm ngày 27 tháng 10 âm lịch năm Bính Ngọ.

- Theo thông lệ những năm trước đây, Ủy Ban Nhân Dân phường Tân Khánh (thành phố Hồ Chí Minh) và ngành Văn hóa - Thể thao thành phố Hồ Chí Minh sẽ phối hợp với Hội đòng Võ sư của môn phái tổ chức lễ Giỗ Tổ môn phái Võ Lâm Tân Khánh Bà Trà vào một ngày chủ nhật trước ngày chánh giỗ.

- Đặc biệt, năm 2026 cũng là năm thứ năm môn phái môn phái Võ Lâm Tân Khánh Bà Trà - Takhado được công nhận là di sản văn hóa phi vật thể quốc gia Việt Nam, cho nên lễ Giỗ Tổ năm 2026 có thể sẽ tổ chức quy mô hơn những năm trước đây !

Hôm nay, thay mặt Hội đồng Võ sư của môn phái Võ Lâm Tân Khánh Bà Trà - Takhado , di sản văn hóa phi vật thể quốc gia Việt Nam, gửi thông báo này đến tất cả các võ sư, huấn luyện viên và đang sinh hoạt ở 70 câu lạc bộ và lớp dạy bắt đầu thông báo cho các võ sinh tích lũy kinh phí và sắp xếp thời gian để cùng về dự lễ Giỗ Tổ năm 2026 cho đông đủ .

Là con người, nhất là người Việt Nam, lại là thành viên của môn phái Võ Lâm Tân Khánh Bà Trà - Takhado , luôn đề cao tinh thần "uống nước, nhớ nguồn", mong rằng tất cả võ sư, huấn luyện viên đều hiện diện đầy đủ trong ngày Giỗ Tổ , cũng như trong dịp kỷ niệm 5 năm ngày môn phái được công nhận là di sản văn hóa phi vật thể quốc gia Việt Nam .

MARTIAL ARTS CLASS INFORMATION: We are now enrolling new students for the Vo Lam (Shaolin) class at the Ben Thanh Ward Public Service Center - Nguyen Du Club, located at 116 Nguyen Du Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The Vo Lam class meets every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:15 PM to 8:45 PM. Our program aims to: promote height growth for male and female students under 18; boost health and physical strength for students of all ages; equip students with self-defense and combat sports skills; teach famous bare-hand forms and traditional weapons; and train students to preserve and pass down this martial art to future generations.

MARTIAL ARTS ANNOUNCEMENT: The 2026 Ancestor Commemoration Day of the Vo Lam Tan Khanh Ba Tra - Takhado Sect, a National Intangible Cultural Heritage of Vietnam!

To all masters, instructors, and disciples of the Vo Lam Tan Khanh Ba Tra - Takhado sect (a Vietnam National Intangible Cultural Heritage) currently practicing at nearly 70 clubs and classes across various provinces and cities, please take note of the following official announcement:

• Official Commemoration Date: The main Ancestor Commemoration Day of 2026 will take place on Saturday, December 5, 2026 (corresponding to the 27th day of the 10th lunar month, the Year of the Horse).

• Joint Organization: Following the custom of previous years, the People's Committee of Tan Khanh Ward (Ho Chi Minh City) and the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Culture and Sports will cooperate with the Sect's Council of Masters to hold the ceremony on the Sunday preceding the official commemoration date.

• Special Milestone: The year 2026 marks the 5th anniversary since Vo Lam Tan Khanh Ba Tra - Takhado was officially recognized as a Vietnam National Intangible Cultural Heritage. Therefore, the 2026 ceremony may be organized on a larger scale than in previous years!

Today, on behalf of the Council of Masters of the Vo Lam Tan Khanh Ba Tra - Takhado sect, I send this announcement to all masters and instructors across our 70 clubs and training classes. Please inform all disciples to start saving funds and arranging their schedules so we can gather in full attendance for this 2026 ceremony.
