Tonight's secret ingredient was Thu, our deputy captain. She led our training with enthusiasm and skill. She guided the team on defensive strategies and how to pivot on one foot (like a dancer!) while keeping the ball away from our opponent.

Thu taught us 3x3 basketball rules to prepare us for competitions next year. We gave 3 on 3 a shot (pun intended!), which was super fast-paced and really fun. All in all, a successful training from our secret ingredient!

Hey Wolfie fam! 🐺 This Monday was absolutely lit at our training session! 🎉 Not only did we get to celebrate Mary’s birthday (happy belated, Mary! 🎂), but we also had an epic 3 on 3 game to bond and get to know each other better. And guess who stole the show? Samantha, our MVP of the day! 🏀 She dominated the court and won so many games, it was insane! 🙌

But that’s not all, folks! We also have some exciting news to share. Please give a warm welcome to our two new deputy captains, Thu and Jamila! 🎉👏 They’re joining our leadership team and we couldn’t be more thrilled to have them on board. 🌟

Today we celebrated our amazing teammate, Aida! Aida Dervishi🎉🌟 As our Power Forward, she's been an absolute force on the court. 🏀💪

Believe it or not, Aida only started playing basketball just over a year ago, but she quickly became a force to be reckoned with. 🌟🔥 Her dedication and hard work have truly paid off, and we couldn't be prouder to have her on our team. 🙌

Today's game was extra special because it marked Aida's last match with us before she heads back to her home country. 😢 We're going to miss her both on and off the court. 💙

Aida, we wish you the absolute best of luck in everything you do. You've left an indelible mark on our hearts and we'll cherish the memories we've made together. Farewell, our amazing teammate! 🌟💔 and we hope that you extend Wolfie branch in your country. See you soon again. 🤗

Hey there, Wolfie fam! Today, the Wolfies and the M.O.B team battled it out on the court, and though we didn't win, it was an absolute blast! 💥 Congrats to M.O.B team for putting a great game out there!! 🏀🎊👏🏼

But the highlight of the day was undoubtedly Aisling's visit with her adorable 2-week-old baby, Chloe! 🥰. So glad we got to meet you both today 😍 and can't wait to have you back on the court, Aisling. Your presence was truly missed! 💕

🏀🎃 Fun Training Day for the Wolfies! 🎃🏀

Today was an absolute blast 🙌🏼 Our amazing team captain, Yaya, surprised us with some Halloween-themed fun training drills 🎃🔥

We had a spooktacular time dribbling with pumpkin face masks, shooting hoops with guns and knives 😅🔪👻

But the best part? Looks like we formed a new tradition today! 🎉 From now on, we will be incorporating these fun and festive drills into our training routine. It's all about having fun while honing our skills! 🎃🏀

🏀🐺 What a nail-biting basketball friendship match between the Wolfies and Binh Thanh Team B yesterday! 💥 After an intense battle on the court, Wolfies won for 27-24! 🎉

But amidst the victory, there was a touch of sadness among all the Wolfies as we witnessed the last match of our beloved teammate, Phoebe, the reverse queen and our amazing point guard. 🌟 Her skills and dedication have always inspired us, and we'll miss her both on and off the court as she returns to her country. 😢

A huge shoutout to our incredible team captain, Yaya, for her exceptional leadership that kept us motivated throughout the game. 🙌 And let's not forget to give props to Martin, our awesome team manager, for meticulously recording all the points! 📝

Last but not least, a heartfelt thank you to Aida for opening her home and hosting us for a memorable gathering to celebrate the night and bid farewell to our dear Phoebe. 🎈🎉

But you know what made the day even more exciting? Seeing more and more new members joining the Wolfie team! It's incredible to have people who share the same vibe and passion for the game as we do. 😍🤗

As the training session came to an end, we gathered as a team, sweaty and tired, but with huge smiles on our faces and headed off to our very own 3 point 👸 Quyen’s restaurant 👉Veggie Junk food and bar. We cheered for each other's progress, and reminded ourselves why we love basketball so much. It's the bond we share, the love for the game, and the endless support that makes us Wolfies strong! 🐺🏀
