A weekend rooted in gathering, vitality, duality, and integration.
I left this retreat feeling deeply grateful.
Grateful for every person who trusted us with their time, energy, and openness. Grateful for community. And grateful to be stepping into a chapter of life that feels aligned, expansive, and full of purpose 🫶🏼
There’s something really special about witnessing people reconnect to themselves while also reconnecting with each other!

A pinch me moment as I recap my first wellness retreat🌿
These incredible women signed up, showed up, trusted the process, and leaned into growth… y’all made this retreat so special 💚
Co-hosting my first retreat with , teaching yoga, and experiencing her beautiful breathwork sessions that tapped into our inner child reminded me how healing, playful, and joyful life can feel. So grateful we did this together!
Our hike in Volcano National Park added that magic of Big Island to the whole experience✨
Chef nourished us with the most incredible clean meals… every bite kept us energized and grounded throughout the retreat 🌿
The horses on the property brought me full circle! Growing up riding them reconnected back to my inner child all over again.

High performance starts from the inside out.
This past weekend I had the opportunity to guide the team through a session focused on mindfulness, breathwork, & mobility flow in Hawai‘i prior to competing in the UH Beach Volleyball tournament!
UNCW is my alma mater, so being able to support these athletes while also watching them compete in the place my husband and I call home meant a lot.
As a former D1 athlete and professional beach volleyball player, I learned important it is to train the body and the nervous system. Sessions like these are designed to help athletes improve recovery, focus, mobility, AND performance.
I currently offer mindfulness, breathwork, and mobility sessions for collegiate athletic teams looking to support both performance and recovery!
