📢 We’re happy to introduce a new Moms Yoga class at Yoga Living.

A mother-centered yoga practice,
with babies welcome in the space.

Designed for mothers who want to
gently rebuild strength after birth,
while keeping their baby close.

👶 Babies are welcome at their own stage — resting, rolling, or exploring nearby — as mothers move at their own pace.

• Babies welcome (from 12 weeks postpartum)
• Fixed time slots for a steady mother–baby rhythm
• Small group class (max. 4 moms)
• 60-minute sessions
• Recommended twice a week
(once-a-week option available upon request)
• Private group classes can be arranged with friends or acquaintances

Yoga Living excited to announce new Yoga class coming. Starting this November, our morning class schedule will have a gentle change 🌿

Our 9:00am class has been so loved and always full so we’re adding a new class time to give you more space and flexibility 💛

📅 Class schedule:
7:45 AM (Monday/Wednesday/Friday)
(We will run through November as a trial)

🌷Perfect for moms who want to enjoy a calm yoga practice right after sending the kids to school 🧘‍♀️
🌱 Open to all levels — beginners are warmly welcome.
Meanwhile, our 10:30am class will take a short break after its one month trial in October ☕️

☄️ Small group setting: Limited to 8 students to ensure personalized guidance and a deeper experience.

Yoga is a great way for kids to relax, connect with themselves, and start to better understand their bodies and their emotions.
