Losing belly fat or fat in general have always been the number 1 priority in gym going individual. One thing to note, there is no spot fat loss. You can’t just lose belly fat. But isn’t that a good thing?
1. Calorie Deficit
This is the best and only way to lose fat. Even if you don’t do anything else, if you’re on calorie deficit, you will lose fat. But you will also lose your strength and happiness. So work on a calorie deficit through exertion. Eat moderately with enough protein and fat. And use your workouts and daily work to have a calorie deficit. So that’s point 2 as well. .
3. Surrounding yourself with like-minded people
This will equally help with your journey as there won’t be douches to consistently skewed away from your goals and routine. But of course I’m not asking you to throw your friends away. As they say keep your friends close but your enemies closer 😉
4. Sit ups all day err day
One. Sit ups won’t make you lose fat. Read point 1 above. Two. It’s boring as hell and may cause brain damage through constant head banging. 🤕 .

Questions are always asked from individuals on which is form of exercise is better. My answer? Both! .
I know a lot of Personal Trainers and fitness coaches who write off cardio in the first instance. There are pros and cons to both forms of exercise. But the MAIN and MOST IMPORTANT advantage that both forms have, is that it burns calories AND keep you healthy. .
Preferably, I would have a mix of both exercises during a workout with more frequency on strength training. Strength training helps in giving us shape (wink wink to the ladies), give us good posture (wink wink to Hunchback of Notre Dames) and prepare us for the golden years in which our bone density will deteriorate (wink wink to zombies in walking dead)
At the end of the day, we need to be consistent to get results. And the best way to be consistent, is to find what we enjoy doing. Personally, I would not write off any forms of exercise. .
