Strength and workouts don’t need to be brutal. You don’t have to lift super heavy - that’s one of the biggest lies of fitness.

Now the year of the Horse has finally begun you are thinking of losing some weight, improving your health, or getting back in shape… resistance training is crucial for that. But most drop off after a month or so, because you push too hard and don’t have a plan that works.

Aim to put muscle under tension, protect your joints, train for better movement and posture… muscle grows around those - not ego.

All the influencers and experts are sensationalising information to get likes and clicks!

Even Dr Gabrielle Lyon… one of the loudest voices for muscle and longevity… openly talks about the injuries she’s accumulated along the way and still suffers from her training, She’s incredibly strong. She’s also paid a price.

And most athletes? They’re broken by 30. Living with pain by 40. All that… for what? An extra 10% performance edge that doesn’t improve quality of life.
