Kickstart your year with the ultimate fitness journey at Body and Mind Gym by Cyril! 💪 Cyril’s unique training style means never the same workout twice, but always the same pleasure and challenge. Get ready for personalized sessions and circuit training that keep you motivated and on track!
📝 Circuit Training Schedule:
• Monday: 8:30 AM & 6:30 PM
• Tuesday: 6:30 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM & 6:30 PM
• Thursday: 6:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM
⏰ Personal Training Sessions start at 5:30 AM, Monday–Friday, and at 7:00 AM on weekends.
