Meet Loane, one of our wonderful Naia YTT graduates! ✨

She recently shared her story with us, reflecting on her transformative journey, the personal milestones she reached, and how her time at Naia helped her build confidence, deepen her practice, and step boldly into the next chapter of her yoga path.

We are so proud to share her inspiring experience with you all! 🌿

Meet Sang!

Big congratulations to Sang, who officially wrapped up her 200-hour YTT this past July at Naia Yoga School!

Around the studio, you’ll see her friendly face helping with day-to-day operations and making sure you feel right at home. For everyone joining us for the October 200-hour YTT, Sang will be your main point of contact whenever you need a helping hand during the program.

For so many years, yoga has become my life — and now, teaching it has become one of my life purposes. I believe yoga is meant to be shared, not kept, and this training is my way of passing on everything I’ve learned: not just the poses, but the practice beneath them, the parts that actually change you. My hope is that you’ll leave here ready to carry it forward, in your own way, in your own voice.
