There is No Such Requirement of a License unless You are Teaching Scuba Diving then you have Professional License and Insurance for Teaching and Diving Activities for Your People you Provide Services To...
As Recreational Diver you Receive a Certificate of proficiency at the Level of Your Earned Certification or Certificate of Completion.
Giving YOU a E card or plastic card that States what level of Diver you have been Trained.
YES EVERY of over 200 Agencies that I have seen listed are Recognized as Providing Certification for SCUBA and Rebreathers and Cave Diving and Mixed Gas Diving ECT.
So please check for Yourself and STOP DEALING WITH PEOPLE WHO LIE SAYING GET OUR LICENSE... is a Certification NEVER EXPIRE and NO SCUBA LAW saying you must have any Certain Agencies Cards.
