Twisting is some of the most nourishing movements for the body. They gently stimulate the digestive organs, liver, and kidneys, improving circulation and supporting the body’s natural detox process.
But twists offer more than physical benefits. When we twist, we also practice letting go. Just as the body softly wrings out tension, the mind can release stress and stagnant emotions. Twists invite clarity, lightness, and a sense of renewal.
With a mindful approach — moving with breath and awareness — the practice becomes safe, nourishing, and deeply effective for both body and mind.

Sara’s yoga journey began in 2020 and has since taken her from Vienna to India, studying in traditional yoga schools and ashrams. With both 200h and 300h Hatha Yoga trainings and teaching experience across Europe and Asia, her path is rooted in depth, curiosity, and lived practice. For Sara, yoga became a gateway to deeper awareness — a way of gently unpacking the “backpack” we all carry, meeting ourselves with honesty, compassion, and presence.
In her classes, Sara offers mindful Hatha practice, staying longer in each asana to truly listen — to the breath, the body, and the quiet wisdom within. Woven with soft reflections on yoga philosophy, her teaching invites yoga to be not just something we do on the mat, but a way we walk through life 🤍
