3 unsalted sticks of butter
3 quarters of an onion
juice of 2 lemons
2 tablespoons of garlic and onion powder
1 tablespoon if adobo
3 tablespoons of minced garlic
4 tablespoon if Vinegar
4 tablespons of sugar
Teaspoon if red chili flakes (optional)
1 tablespoon of dark chili powder
20-30 shots of Tabasco sauce
4 shot of Whisky at 4th when sauce is done
Cook for 30 min and Enjoy!

CUCUMBER RECIPE
1 large cucumber
half cup of red wine vinegar and white vinegar
5 squirts of Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp of mince garlic
1 tbsp of onion, garlic, and creole seasoning
3 tbsp of brown sugar
mix and pour over cucumbers and let it sit to eat .

ZESTY LEMON BUTTER SAUCE
3 sticks of butter 2 unsalted 1 salted
3 tablespoons of garlic
2 tablespoons of ginger
Squeeze juice from 3 large lemons
Teaspoon of garlic powder, onion powder, creole seasoning
10 squirts of tabasco sauce
Sprinkle Parsley on top when finished! Enjoy!
