Taking hoops to the North Efate! 🏀 The Vanua Hoops program, led by Vanuatu Basketball Federation's activities event officer - Mildred Izono and supported by former VBF DO Peter Izono, continues to grow and inspire the next generation of players. This second session outside of town is all about building skills, community, and the love of the game! 🙌 . We enjoy seeing the kids smile, have fun and learning the game.

The program’s launch marks a milestone for Vanuatu Basketball Federation (VBF), which has embraced the Basketball For Good framework to drive social impact. Vanua Hoops is the first of its kind in Vanuatu and is a powerful example of how women-led initiatives can transform communities.
