We’re back to our usual operating hours starting Monday, January 6, 2025.

No more holiday hours – it’s time to get back into your fitness routine. We can’t wait to see you all in the gym, ready to crush your goals in 2025! 🏋️‍♀️

New hours:

Monday - Friday: 5AM | 6AM | 12:15PM | 5:30PM
Saturday: 7AM
Sunday: CLOSED

The holiday season is here, and we’re adjusting our schedule to give everyone a chance to rest, recharge, and enjoy some festive fun!
