Curling Kosovo is working to identify and connect with curlers of Kosovar background both in Kosovo and around the world.

As we continue developing the sport and building our national program, we are creating a registry of athletes who may be interested in supporting or representing Kosovo in curling.

Submitting the form does not commit you to participation. It simply allows us to stay in contact regarding training opportunities, national team selection, and future development activities.

If you are a curler with Kosovar background or know someone who is, please share this post.

Building curling in Kosovo isn't just about ideas, it's about having the right structure to support them.

Creating a strong foundation allows development, partnerships, and opportunities to grow in a sustainable way.

This is part of doing this properly, step by step.

Curling in Kosovo is still growing, and there's room for curiosity, commitment, and new faces.

You don't need experience to get involved - just an interest and being part of something that's being built from the ground up.

We're working toward access to training abroad, development pathways, and opportunities for youth as we continue to grow the sport.

If you're curious reach out.

Curling in Kosovo depends on access, opportunity, and support beyond our borders.

As an iceless country, every training session, development camp, and international competition requires travel and ice time abroad.

We’ve launched a GoFundMe to support athletes, youth development, and international participation as we work to build a sustainable future for curling in Kosovo.

Supporting curling in Kosovo requires more than individual efforts, it requires structure.

That’s why we’re in the process of establishing the Kosovo Curling Community Initiative: a dedicated framework designed to support athletes, enable access to ice, and create sustainable opportunities over time.

This work is happening deliberately and responsibly, with long-term impact in mind.

More to come.

Growth in curling doesn’t happen by accident, especially in places without easy access to ice.

Progress depends on planning, structure, and people willing to build systems that last longer than a single season or event.

Right now, the focus is on putting the right foundations in place so that opportunities can exist consistently, not occasionally.

More to come.

Curling in Kosovo doesn’t follow a traditional path.

Without ice at home, progress depends on access, coordination, and people willing to invest time and effort beyond what’s visible on competition day.

Right now, the focus is on building the structure that makes participation, development, and international competition possible, not just for today, but for the next generation.

More to come this week.
