This brand started with my daughter, who couldn't find an age-appropriate swimsuit that fit her while we were on family vacation.

Needing to size up, all that was available were triangle bikinis, revealing bottoms, and too-big, frumpy women's suits.

Now SwimHer suits are made right here in St. Paul, Minnesota, and worn by tween girls all over the country.

Getting to watch that happen still doesn't get old.

My daughter didn't have a swimsuit that fit her.

I searched everywhere for something age-appropriate for her, in between the girls' section and the women's section, and came up empty.

One time in particular, we had a family vacation coming up, and she needed a swimsuit.

We went to a bunch of stores and looked online.

The one we landed on, I still had to alter and take out the underwire to make it comfortable for her at that age.

Then fast forward to the vacation. I find myself sitting there still thinking about how hard it was to find an age-appropriate swimsuit for my tween daughter.

So we built it ourselves.

I'm Tiffany, a mom of 3 girls, and we started an inclusive-size swimwear brand for tween and teen girls.

This all came from wanting my daughter to feel good in a swimsuit that fit her growing body.

When I couldn't find that anywhere, I decided to make it myself, and now every SwimHer suit is made right here in the U.S. with that same goal in mind.

This age is hard to shop for, and nobody talks about it enough.

Kids' sizes stop too early, junior sizes are cut for a completely different body, and women's suits swim on a tween frame.

I lived this with my own daughter before SwimHer existed.
