Yoga may not take you out of each panic episode.
May not eliminate your anxiety.
But it will make you feel better and hive many other benefits; that you will otherwise never get. If you are on the anxiety spectrum, yoga is way better way to deal with the anxiety monster, than drugs, or alcohol.
Therapy, medication, all the rest, plus some peet curls and breath retention go a long way 🤍🐾
