Another great initiative reactivated at Blacktown Workers JRLC for their juniors. I don’t know of any other club within the Panthers Juniors system offering this type of investment back into its players or coaches.

If you are looking for a team to play for in 2024 that promises to develop you as a player in skills, fitness and game knowledge, then Blacktown Workers JRLC UNDER 17s would love to hear from you.
With a Senior club Coach who works in high performance pathways and with youth from ages 11 to 24, players are exposed to in-depth, advanced programs where they are able to ask questions and learn.
Players will have access to a qualified Strength & Conditioning coach who is currently working in the NRL pathways development system as well as a coaching staff who put player welfare first.
