We have rewritten every syllabus to keep things fresh, up to date and exciting for all our jungle babes, and we can’t wait to share it with you!

We have classes for all levels, if you’re not sure, just reach out and ask us anytime. If you’re in between levels, or coming back after a break, our composite classes are perfect for you. Go over the foundations and train both sides in one level, before moving on to more challenging ways to use these skills!

Remember, with our small class sizes, we can always adapt to suit your level land learning style.

We are a fully hybrid studio, which means every single class is available in studio and online. If you’re in studio and want to practice what you learned in class, you can get the class recording FREE!

Our Christmas Holiday timetable is here babes!
We have our final week of classes for the year full of specialty classes and guest instructors! All classes are available online and in studio as usual and can be booked with your regular class passes from your pack or your membership.

🌵ALL classes are hybrid which means you can book the online version of the class and be live or just get the recording! If you’re in studio and want the recording of your class, you can get it FREE just by emailing us and we’ll hook you up!

🌵Contortion Workshop is BACK with international touring artist, Veronica Waite! This 2 hour workshop focuses on the drills and techniques needed to learn the foundations of contortion tricks/moves. Starting with a full mobility warm up, stretch and conditioning/ active flexibility to best prepare your body to bend safely! Veronica will also teach you some drills specific to contortion poses to help you nail your chest or chin-stands, needle scales, walkovers, leg mounts and more! Open to all levels and abilities!

WINTER HOLIDAY TIMETABLE 2025
We have two weeks of a new Holiday schedule with an incredible line up of home and guest instructors, and specialty classes!
Bookings will open THIS SUNDAY 15th June at midday Australian Eastern Standard Time. The Glofox App will not show classes a few hours before this time while we input the timetable 🙂
Book your spot with your membership or with your class passes. All classes are hybrid, so you can do all these classes as an online Jungle Babe! All classes are recording with a 6-day unlimited replay on all recordings.

Memberships are HERE!

We’ve introduced memberships as a different pricing option for our dedicated jungle family. These are now available under the 'Buy Memberships' section of the Glofox App or click through teh 'Book a Class' button on the website.

You can start any membership at any time, you don’t have to wait until a term starts. You will still have 10 weeks to use your credits allocated to your account from the time of purchase, and that's when your fortnightly direct debit commences.

Unlimited Practice sessions are included with every membership except the 1 Class / Week Membership which includes one Open Practice Session.

You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your membership after the minimum term (10 weeks) is completed. There is also a 7-day cooling off period from the time of purchase if you decide it’s not for you!

Our Class Pass Packs are still an option for those that have them to use or want to come more sporadically! We’re just giving you more options, not taking anything away! Keep in mind you can also use BOTH class pass credits and your membership at the same time :)
