❄️🌅 What a way to celebrate the Winter Solstice! 🌅❄️

A huge thank you and congratulations to everyone who joined us at Scotts Beach, Lake Hāwea, for this morning’s Winter Solstice dip. What a beautiful morning we had!

With the lake sitting at a refreshing 10°C, it certainly woke us up! 🥶🏊‍♀️ But as always, the smiles, laughter, and camaraderie made every chilly second worthwhile.

There’s something pretty special about sharing a cold plunge with such a wonderful community.

Well done to everyone who took the plunge – you’re officially winter warriors! 💙
