Don’t post much but here’s some of the BS I’m preaching about currently.

- Chopping the feet when we roll as opposed to planting
- stick being vertical out of the roll
- changing height in & out of the roll
- stick awareness and stick protection

Decent day for the Gators at ID Experience. Appreciate for having me out and appreciate these dudes who are far better than I ever was for listening to me ALL day. Excited to see some of these guys fly off the board going into their spring seasons!!

Big congrats to my first true recruiting consultation client Zefi Zyngier.
