🌊 Today wasn't about competition.

It was about sunshine on our skin, salt in our hair, balance on the board, and the freedom that comes from being out on the sea.

Watching young people disconnect from screens and reconnect with nature, movement, and each other is something special. Beyond the paddleboards and kayaks, there were lessons in confidence, teamwork, resilience, and simply enjoying the present moment.

The sea has a way of teaching things that cannot be explained — only experienced.

Grateful for another beautiful day exploring Malta's coastline with an amazing group of young athletes. 💙

One of my favourite parts of surf camp is introducing children to yoga. 🌊

Not because they need perfect poses…
but because they learn something much more important:

How to breathe through challenge.
How to stay calm when balance feels unstable.
How to focus, fall, try again, and trust themselves.

Sometimes yoga begins with a crow pose on the sand.
But the real lesson stays with them far beyond the beach. 🤍

What makes this achievement especially meaningful is that online championships are judged through detailed video review — every technique, transition, body mechanic, and intention can be replayed and analysed carefully.

As therapists, we often work quietly behind the scenes, helping others feel better in their bodies. Moments like this remind me why I continue to study, practise, compete, and grow.

Grateful for every client, teacher, model, supporter, and experience that has shaped this journey. 🙏
