Aces 08 KC just wrapped up their run at the Colorado Sparkler and competed and represented very well this week! Opponents were top teams from coast to coast across 9 games. 2 Texas, 2 Arizona, 1 Florida, 3 California, 1 New Jersey. They ended up one of the last 11 teams standing in an 87 team tournament. They battled in a very tough pool to start (three pool teams some of the last 20 standing) and came to play in bracket. Final run differential was plus 17 in this tourney and they currently show as the 8th best offensive AGL team batting .357 and second best ERA at 1.99. Individually congrats to Ava Kutcher and Kailey Coleman who show as #2 and #3 in AGL leaderboards for hits (13 and 12 hits respectively). Those two also show in the top 10 for runs scored over the tournament. Kyndal Armstrong and Lucia Trevino each show on the ERA leaderboard 0.75 Kyndal and 1.14 Lucia. Kyndal also went yard. The team had some really cool moments and were in every single game this week! On to the WFC in Des Moines!
