Just for fun, here is the gang left at awards who swept the Women’s races - Gold in open 500, 1000, 1500, 40’s and 50’s. Too bad we didn’t have enough 60’s to enter that too. (Bronze in novice women, so not really a sweep I guess, but closest we’ve ever come.).

Truly a great day with a small crew on site!

Hey folks, some friends of ours, Poppy (Kai Wai) and Finn (O’Kalani) are doing the Wild Buffalo Race. Note from Poppy, “I will be doing wild buffalo relay with finn and we are trying to raise enough money to completely cover costs because we are high school students without real jobs lol.” Our GoFundMe page (https://gofund.me/3d1cf4227)

Aloha! Finn and I are two Norcal junior paddlers… Poppy Nelson-Smith needs your support for Help norcal juniors race at wild buffalo and Save the Bay!

Summer fun in the City! Now crews can identify the different North and South Tower Golden Gate fog horns plus the ship’s…. which we never saw but it’s wake came 5 mins later.

Got some friends along for the trip to Santa Barbara.

Good day SFOCC! We are not used to 71 degrees with wet fog. (Fog is usually 52 degrees) Big rainbow over the entire Golden Gate Bridge, multiple humpbacks near Tam’s site and Crissy Field, and a small thresher shark do a big flip. Plus black beaches white with gulls. And no cameras…
