During this time he realized how important it was to be healthy and fit because of the strenuous work it required. By combining these traits, he went to school to become a certified personal trainer and focuses on implementing proper form for ultimate function. Brittany’s unique approach to coaching keeps participants on track while supporting habits for long term results. She emphasizes that long term success comes from an understanding of oneself and overcoming previously existing barriers.

This past weekend was such a transformational retreat at the 3 Day Battlefield Of the Mind Intensive. Thankyou to Karen Schackelford for so generously opening her beautiful home to us 30 women & pouring out such wisdom. You are exquisite & who exemplify a true Proverbs 31 woman. I can’t even think of a word to describe how much fun and pure Joy you are to be around. You teach not just by your words but how you walk out every detail in your life. Your home & hospitality was perfection, and it set a high bar that encouraged us women to be more Christ like in everything we do. We love you!!!

Each moment that went by were full of encouragement, empowerment & healing, our souls were uplifted and we learnt tools ⚒️that will truly transform our lives.

What a blessing it was to be surrounded by women from all over the country and a range of 6 decades. We worshipped, cried, laughed, danced and prayed from sun up to late night.
