Join me for 6 weeks of challenging vinyasa style classes rooted in breath and mindful movement. Each class is sequenced towards a different peak pose or theme. Suitable for students with some previous yoga-based movement experienece.

Spring Equinox *IN PERSON* Class!

March 20th at 430pm

Join me at REM Kingston (located in The Refinery) on Sunday March 20th at for a special spring equionx class at 430pm. This 90 minute class includes:

*movement (yoga flow style)
*guided meditation
*a short journaling exercise
*deep relaxation to finish

To register send me message and I will reserve your spot. Payment will be made in person at REM and the cost if $35.
