Also, PSA, it’s normal to have loose skin after having a baby (🙋🏼‍♀️) & for things to not be completely the same - after all you just grew a human!

BUT its not okay to continue to have incontinence when you run/jump, si joint issues, a pooch, clicking hips, or prolapse. These are things that can be improved or restored by strengthening your muscles & pelvic floor. Don’t settle for feeling less than your best, mamas- you deserve more! 💜

On day 94728104854th of winter, my orchid bloomed for the first time in over a year. I’m not endorsing winter [you can leave anytime now actually], but it goes to show you, that beauty can come thru all seasons of life IF you persist & IF you push yourself to grow through the tough soil of life.
