After months of pre-season training, fitness sessions, planning, recruitment and preparation, league hockey is finally back! 🎉

Everything we’ve worked towards over the summer leads to this weekend as Mansfield Hockey Club kicks off the 2026/27 league season.

Good luck to all of our teams taking to the pitch today. Play hard, play for each other, and most importantly enjoy being back out there doing what we love. 💙💛

We start with a full line up of games including 1s and 4s away at West Bridgford, the 2s and 3s at home to Beeston, the 5s at home to Belper, and finally our newly formed 6s for the season hosting a friendly at Goosedale against Derby.

The England Men have already kicked off their campaign with a fantastic opening victory, and now it’s time for the England Women, who are about to get their World Cup journey underway! 💪🏑
