Why your “Diet” is making you Constipated 💩👇

Are you eating “clean” but still feeling backed up? ✋

In the quest for weight loss or “light eating,”
many Indian women fall into the trap of under-eating

Your gut is a muscle
it needs the physical bulk of food
and the caloric energy
to actually push things through

❌ Skipping breakfast for just “Black Tea/Coffee”

If your kid goes to the gym

He did what most working professionals do

Logged in at 10 am
Logged off at 10 pm
Sat through meetings
Deadlines
Screens

Sleep got delayed
1 am… 2 am became normal
