When you start to love yourself and know your worth it becomes a lot easier to set boundaries. Noticing when they are being crossed like a blinking light and dismissing yourself from people that cross them.

This really hit me. A little over a year and a half ago my husband just decided he didn’t have time to love me anymore and left. I was ashamed, embarrassed, humiliated, heartbroken and all the other words you could come up with for this heartache. I wallowed in my own self pitty and misery for entirely too long and honestly wasn’t sure if I would ever be me again. Then slowly I started seeing little glimpses of myself and instead of feeling weak I started feeling brave. I started trying new things, meeting women at church, joining groups, going back to college. I put the focus on healing myself completely. I love myself more now than I ever have. Matter of fact I don’t know if I ever loved myself. Women pour into everyone in their lives, their children, their husband, their job, their friends and anyone else who needs them. Pour into yourself and find the love for yourself. We deserve it. ♥️
