Our Training Programs are happening this fall and cover the mat and every piece of classical equipment: reformer, Cadillac, tower, chair, barrel, spine corrector, you name it. We dive into technique, anatomy, and real movement understanding so you can lead with both confidence and vibe).

3 private sessions are required before starting (don’t worry, we’ve got new student packages).
