Created by Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms is a moving meditation practice that guides us through five distinct energy patterns: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness. Each rhythm is a gateway into presence — helping you release stress, connect with your body’s wisdom, and move freely beyond limitations.
💃 Anyone can do it. No steps to learn, no experience required. Just bring your body, your breath, and your curiosity. The music and movement will carry you into new layers of vitality, embodiment, and joy.
