Introducing the Gymleco Incline Converging Press 💪

Another addition to the Marrickville Gym floor!

Designed to target the upper chest, this plate-loaded machine features a converging pressing motion, allowing for a natural movement pattern and a strong contraction throughout the press.

More variety. More ways to train. More equipment to come.

This Monday only, bring a friend, partner, family member or workmate to Marrickville Gym for FREE.

Join a gym floor class at 7am or 8am, or get your own session in together 💪

These are our only Monday classes. Saturday and Sunday classes will run as usual.

Book your class and message us beforehand if you’re bringing someone along, so we can manage numbers.
