Vail Tournament Recap:
Our boys ended with 2 wins and 1 loss in the group. Unfortunately, only the group winners advanced to the semifinals. Our loss had a lot of missed calls and controversy, but thats futbol. We came up short.
This group has plenty of high level, hard working, and positive minded players. I also believe they represented Colorado Springs very well.
We'd like to thank our team for fighting until the end. You did everything we asked of you, and it was an awesome weekend on and off the field.
Thank you to our sponsors for supporting us, we hope we reprensented your brand well. And thank you to our photographer .avilesphotography for always capturing the best moments flawlessly.
YG will be taking a step back. Limiting where and when we compete. As we have multiple invitations from leagues and tournaments in and outside of Colorado, its time to slow down and value other things outside of the sport. This isn't the end. We will return to limited competitions. To our players, keep working hard. Whatever you do, whatever teams you compete for, give it 100%.
Until we meet again, Thank you, for everything. ⚽️
