Consistency is not what Instagram made it look like. 📲

It’s not the perfect meals prepped every Sunday.
It’s not a 5am alarm every day.
It’s not eating the salad when you really, really wanted the pasta.

✅ It’s the Tuesday night when you’re exhausted and you still get some protein in.
✅ It’s the workout that was one round instead of all three because you ran out of time.
✅ It’s the day that didn’t go to plan and you kept going anyway.

The women we see getting real, lasting results after 40 are not the ones doing the most.

Same. And so have most of the women we coach.
