This needs said I feel. Been a long time comingâŠ
Stop being impressed by diets, coaches/influencers dieting or getting very lean for photoshoots, summer etc đ
âitâs the most confident they ever felt in a bikiniâ đ„±
Thereâs a reason they do a new one every 6 months. Same boring sh*t
Got news for you.. if all they talk about is their diet, and their body.. and how going for a croissant that fit in their calories once a month is âliving their lifeâ
Itâs probably not the confident life their living
That confient life my clients usually talk about is not doubting themselves every second, is putting themselves out there more, wearing the clothes they want to⊠not the ones to hide in,
Taking care of themselves, moving their body, being healthy mentally & physically, being PRESENT in their life
And that takes more than a diet. That comes from self-respect.
Ps iâm sick of all the boring âhereâs my 7th meal of the dayâ đđ

Iâve got 99 problems but 98 of them stem from the desire of feeling good enough, being an over-achiever and conditioned to people please & love being busy because it makes me feel accomplished.
The remaining one is that iâm still yet to find the perfect pistachio croroissant. đ„
Donât know about you but this was me for like the majority of my life.
And I see women settling for less than they deserve because theyâre so afraid of what ofher think if they change, say no ehen they want to, put themselves first, are more assertive, or just choose to prioritise themselves more
All the life boxes youâre ticking and still finding it hard to feel confident in yourself. You might think itâs because youâ need to lose weightâ or â âwork is too busyâ or xyz
But itâs everything outside that. How you treat yourself, your body, respect your boundaries, look after your health,
This year can be differrent if you finally commit to doing the work in YOU, not just the work for others.

I used to train 6+ times a week and somehow feel worse. What a deal, right? đ
Now? I train 4 times a week for an hour, and guess whatâmy body isnât falling apart with every step I take (every move i make..,đ¶.
But back then, the idea of rest? Nah, I was the queen of caffeine and exhaustionâwell, sheâs officially retired. đ
2+ hours in the gym, sprints, classesâyou name it, I did it. Sure, I saw some results, but I also got injured and totally burned out. lost my love for training.
Social media doesnât help eitherâeveryoneâs shouting about more workouts, more intensity, more hustle.
Most of the women I coach have been there tooâdoing everything and getting nowhere, stuck in a cycle of overworking and running themselves into the ground.
Obsessing over their bodies, exercise and not feeling happy in themselves in though theyâre doing all this work.
Hereâs the truth: sometimes slowing down is exactly what you need to move forward.
And the reason why all those pdf and training plans you find on the internet donât work is because theyâre not designed with you in mind.

đ«¶Some random thoughts lately: women need more validation from THEMSELVES.
Maybe you never feel enough, or like youâre doing enough because letâs be honest how many things do you do for others vs for yourself?
Maybe you can never feel good in your body because you donât take care of it as you do of othersâŠ

The type of workouts I love whilst on holiday..
Lifting weights
Souvlaki lifting
đ years ago this could never be me. Partly because I thought you have to be âobsessedâ with fitness and yourself to train on holidays.. thatâs when you take a break from life not when you workout đ
Needles to say the 100kgs old me, who âloved food too muchâ was very wrong. Hence why i never felt good in myself truly.
When you stop treating your health and fitness like an on and off switch,
When you start doing things for yourself because of self-respect, (and iâm nicer to be around tbh đ)
Rather than âto look goodâ, to âlose weightâ
Because you feel good, because you in 10-20yrs from now youâre gonna be more badass and strong,
Then change happens.
Donât get me wrong there are some holidays when I havenât trained or circumstances might not allow for it. But I do it because it enhances everything I do, itâs part of my life.
On the same note going away for a week wonât ruin your progress either but thatâs a story for another day đ«¶
