Addo bodybuilder takes international title From walking home after school to save money for supplements and lifting scrap metal at his father’s house, Mongezi Mata’s efforts finally paid off on Saturday after he was crowned world champion at an international bodybuilding event.

The 2nd World Cancer Walk takes place on Sunday, 9 January 2022!

The event is a world 24 hour walk with participants from over 250 cities.
Each city will be given a one hour time slot to go on a walk, and the combination of these hours around the world will equal one full 24 hour day.
It will be a 24 hour ‘relay’ spanning almost all times zones across the world.

In South Africa the walk takes place from 10:00 to 11:00.

All proceeds will go towards seven different cancer charities, of which CANSA is one, who are based in different cities around the world.
