The mats are ready, the new floor is broken in, and our wrestlers are primed. Tonight is about mental focus, sharp movements, and making sure every athlete is ready to represent Alberton with pride.

Our wrestlers gave it absolutely everything today! It was a day of hard battles, elite competition, and pure commitment, and Alberton went home with some incredible, well-deserved wins!

Every performance on the mats showed the true heart and discipline of our club. A massive thank you to our coaches for their guidance in the corner and to the parents and supporters cheering from the stands.

The countdown continues! With only 2 weeks to go until May 30th, the intensity is ramping up.

Tonight’s Greco-Roman session focuses on refining our technique and explosive finishes. We’ve been training hard with the Boksburg team to sharpen our edge, now it’s time to bring that heat back to our home mats.
