Another fantastic holiday clinic in the books! 🤸💙

Yesterday's Arab Spring Clinic was a huge success, with gymnasts working hard to develop one of the most important foundation skills in gymnastics. From perfecting technique and body shapes to building the strength, power, and confidence needed for a strong Arab spring, every gymnast gave it their all.

It was wonderful to see so much determination, encouragement, and progress throughout the session. The energy in the gym was incredible, and we loved watching each gymnast challenge themselves and celebrate their achievements.

A big thank you to all the gymnasts who joined us and to our amazing coaching team for making the clinic such a fun and rewarding experience. We can't wait to see everyone back for the next holiday clinic! 💙✨

What an incredible morning at our Twisters Cartwheel Clinic! 🤸💙

We were thrilled to welcome over 70 gymnasts who joined us for a fun-filled morning of learning, laughter, and plenty of cartwheels!

Throughout the clinic, our gymnasts worked through a variety of stations focusing on the fundamentals of a strong cartwheel—from flexibility, strength, and body positioning to coordination and finally putting all the pieces together. It was fantastic to see so much enthusiasm, determination, and improvement in such a short time.

A huge thank you to all the gymnasts for bringing so much energy and excitement, and to our amazing coaching team for making the morning such a success. We hope everyone had as much fun as we did!

Today we celebrate all the incredible dads, grandfathers, stepdads and father figures who cheer from the sidelines, lend a helping hand, offer endless encouragement, and celebrate every milestone—big and small.

Thank you for every early morning, every competition, every practice, every word of support, and every hug after a great routine (or a tough one). Your love, dedication and belief help our gymnasts grow not only in the gym, but in life.
