That's a wrap on our Sunday HYROX Sessions for this training camp ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Over the last 10 weeks, we've watched athletes push limits, build confidence, get fitter, get stronger, and prepare for race day together.

A huge thank you to everyone who committed to the process and showed up week after week.

This may be the end of this training camp, but it's definitely not the end of our HYROX journey.

A lot of the people in this photo are busy professionals, parents, business owners, and people with packed schedules.

Yet they still found an hour this morning to do something for themselves.

Not because life is easy.

Not because they have more time than everyone else.

Because they know that looking after themselves helps them show up better for everyone else.

Meet Shona โค๏ธ

Busy mom. General Manager at a finance company. Active social life.
