At present I have a small group of children which I train on a Wednesday and Friday afternoon from 2pm to 3pm in the Cross Over Remedial schools hall in Randhart. My aim is to let my group grow even more. My desire is to have a gym class on Saturdays. I would also like to start training children who like competitive sport and would like to train privately to gain speed, strength and stamina to get better at their chosen sport. I am also prepared to give private sessions for children or teenagers who do not like to do physical acttivies in groups. Kids for Fitness is a group I started up in January 2014. After I had seen the benefits that gyming had done for me I felt I needed to allow children the opportunity to benefit from a healthier and fitter lifestyle which I wish I had started earlier in my life. From my own experience of body strengthening I have gained so much improvement in my health so much so that my immune system is very strong and my stamina is 100%, better than it ever was. I have learned better co-ordination and balance. My concentration is better and I do not tire as easily. I also feel happier and more focused and driven in all aspects of my life. My vision is to help children gain all these skills and make them stronger emotionally, mentally and physically.
