After finishing a challenging yoga flow, you know what they say...... it's not about how many Chaturangas you nail, but how deeply you R.I.P into that final savasana!

That journey from movement to stillness, that conscious surrender on the mat, is where the true integration happens.

It's like the calm after the ocean's rhythm - deep, peaceful, R.I.P-pose.

Allowing myself this moment to just be, to let go... it's the ultimate recharge.
