Tuesdays - 4:30am 8-10km from Caltex Toti Oasis
Wednesday - 5:30pm 4km or 8km Time Trial from The Club at Lordโs and Legends
Thursdays - 4:30am 10km from Caltex Toti Oasis, Kingsway Rd
Fridays- 4:45am 5/6km Coffee Run from Manhatton Toti Oasis
Saturdays- 6am - 6km or 11km from the Club at Lords and Legends
