Debbie is a Young Yoga Institute accredited teacher and has been teaching yoga since 2021. Her classes are small, friendly, and fun, with personalised attention given to every student. Classes are held in her comfy home studio and are tailored to the needs of each individual student. All classes cater to mixed abilities, genders, ages, and fitness levels. Morning and evening classes are available most days of the week.

Virabhadrasana 1,2 and 3 are foundational poses in yoga which we frequently use. Using a chair really helps us to master:
1. The right angle in the knee in Virabhadrasana 1 and 2
2. The squaring of the shoulders especially in Virabhadrasana 1 and
3. The leveling of the buttocks in Virabhadrasana 3

Using rods definitely adds a new twist to many of the old staple poses. It was great to enjoy the sun and the Vaal River after a long cold winter.
