Consistency over a period of time equals results. Your daily habits determine who you are and what you become. To create habits you need consistent action over a period of time and therefore being disciplined will create freedom! Focus on small daily actions/steps which will compound over time to huge action and progress. Today is the first day of the rest of your life, go for it, create the best version of you!
