What if the person you are at work and the person you are becoming spiritually were never meant to be separate?
For over 20 years, I’ve worked in HR, leadership development, strengths-based coaching and organisational change. Alongside this, my own journey of questioning, healing and self-discovery has revealed something profound: transformation begins when we look beyond what we do to understand who we believe ourselves to be.
I’ve become fascinated by what lies beneath the surface. The Achiever who can never switch off. The person with a strong sense of Responsibility who struggles to say no. The capable leader who questions their worth despite their success.
Often, beneath these patterns lie limiting beliefs, questions of identity and a sense of self-worth tied to performance.
Who am I when I’m not achieving, fixing or being needed?
My own journey has been a continuous search for knowledge and understanding. I always knew I didn’t quite fit the conventional mould, but I’m beginning to understand why. Through coaching, NeuroLinguistic Programming, Heal Your Life, spirituality and exploring the mind-body connection, I’ve discovered how deeply our beliefs and subconscious patterns influence how we live.
Learning about fascia has further deepened my curiosity about the relationship between our bodies, stress and emotional experiences. My relationship with God has also evolved in a deeply personal way, beyond some of the ideas I was originally taught.
I can now see a golden thread connecting these experiences: a journey back to myself.
My corporate and spiritual worlds are not separate. They are two expressions of the same whole.
I believe I can bridge these worlds, bringing the structure and credibility of my corporate experience together with intuition, consciousness, nature and deeper personal transformation.
This is the evolution of Soul Centre: helping people move beyond the patterns that hold them back, reconnect with who they are beneath performance and expectation, and live with greater purpose and freedom.
And this is where horses enter the story.
Together with Gaylene Diedericks, through The Way Showers, we are creating experiences that combine horses, nature, guided reflection and personal growth. Our one-day immersion, The Way Back, invites people to step away from everyday demands and reconnect with themselves.
For me, this is about bringing together a lifetime of learning, questioning and healing in service of others.
Perhaps the golden thread has been there all along.
I’m so excited about what we’re creating and can’t wait to share more of this journey with you.
